Grinding (Hegman gauge µm) :- < 8 mic

Supply Viscosity (FCB4 cup at 30°C) :- 20 ± 5 sec

Ink Adhesion :- OK

Solid content(% W/W) :- White : 40 – 42 %

Colors : 28 – 35 %

Medium : 14 – 18 %

Light Fast Value :- 6-7

Top coat Compatibility :- Aqueous and UV

Drying :- Absorption and PH Neutralization

Application :- Suitable for Flexo gravure at machine speed of 400-500 mtrs/min solvent is the reducer- To be added as per the press condition and speed, Retarder solution also can be provided for drying slow and for better transfer

For white color: 20 kgs/bucket or 200kgs/drum

For other colors: 18 kgs/bucket or 180 kgs/drum

Customised colours and packing sizes can be done.

Payment

30% or 50% deposit, balance L/C, BG or CASH before shipment.
